The Ceremony Includes

  • 45-minute Ceremony Rehearsal facilitated by our Wedding Coordinator the week of
  • All day venue access for pre-ceremony decorating, dressing and pre-ceremony photos
  • Bride and Groom’s names on the door of our “Vintage” chapel or on the front door of the Manor for your gazebo ceremony
  • Bridal Suites and Groom’s Cottage for the wedding party’s dressing
  • Vintage Chapel or Garden Gazebo for your wedding ceremony
  • Our staff will bring your ceremony floral decor to the reception for you
  • Our in-house sound system with microphones and sound engineer
  • Day of Personal Wedding Coordination Team

  • Round tables & chiavari chairs with floor length linens in your choice of white, black or ivory
  • Napkin color choice from our selection
  • Centerpieces from our selections for guest tables

  • Bride’s Cake to be designed by the bride and displayed on an Ashelynn’s cake riser of choice

  • Coffee Service with gourmet creamers
  • Projector and screen for your slide show, if you so choose
  • Customizable up lighting for your reception

Additional time for Engagement and Bridal portraits during normal business hours. Ashelynn’s office staff will be available to help assist you in planning your wedding and you may have unlimited planning meetings if you choose.
You will also have a final planning meeting to bring all your plans to life!

Ashelynn Manor does allow our customers to bring in beer and wine adult beverages with strict guidelines an additional officer and bartender must be added.

Access to the venue all day along with your Day of Coordinator for pre-ceremony decorating, dressing and pre-ceremony photos. This is a late morning to early afternoon ceremony start time with a 3-hour event time. Your event may be as large as 275 guests.

The Warren | Ashelynn Manor’s Two-Hour Cake and Punch Ceremony & Reception – 50 guests with a maximum of 100 guests

  • Reception will be held in the “Manor” or “The Carriage House” depending on the size of your event

Important Information

Dressing and Glamour Time: The day is yours! Our “Day of Coordinator” that will arrive at 10:00 AM and will be there for you all day. We will help you set up any décor you will have brought in and assist you in ANY THING you may need! We have special 2-way radios for the wedding party to communicate with the Coordinator by the push of a button!

Wedding Ceremony: We provide the ceremony music and sound system. If you would like to personalize your ceremony music, you are welcome to do so. Ashelynn Manor provides the white wedding chairs for garden weddings, unity candle stand or unity sand pedestal, bridal coordinator, and an assistant to meet your guests. With your Bridal Coordinating team, it is not necessary for outside vendor wedding/bridal coordinators on the day of your event. We also provide a security officer to direct you guests in parking.

Facilities: Ashelynn’s lovely “Vintage” chapel will fulfill every bride’s dream. Old country charm with seating for up to 275 guests will give you and your guests the feeling of home. There is a special bridal room where she can watch her wedding ceremony unfold… Our Carriage House is a beautiful 5000 square foot facility that can accommodate 275 guests, with air conditioning, heating, wood paneled walls, stone columns, wood beams, metal ceilings, custom color “up lighting”, also ceramic wood flooring and 34 stunning crystal chandeliers. There is a magnificent 14 ft. long bar with a granite top to serve your guests beverages from. Our “Manor” is a great formal environment for intimate gatherings. The Manor has two lovely upstairs bedrooms that are used for the bride and her party to get dressed in. We also have the gorgeous “Ashelynn Suite” for additional dressing accommodations. Our groom’s cottage gives the men a great place to dress. The Cottage has comfortable masculine furnishings and satellite T.V.

Alcohol: Our clients are permitted to bring in their own beer & wines of choice to serve their guests. Ashelynn will add bartender(s) to your event. If you so choose to serve hard liquor, Ashelynn Weddings and Events Inc. require you, the client, to choose one of our all-inclusive bar packages. No outside hard liquor or bartenders are permitted. No one under the age of 21 years will be served. Shots and “on the rocks” drinks are prohibited. Also required is an additional security officer. This is an additional expense to the client.

Retainer: A retainer of at least $1000.00 is required to secure your date. Your retainer will be applied to your final payment. Retainers and monthly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if events are cancelled.

Payments: The payment schedule is a $350.00 minimum monthly payment due on the 15th of every month. 120 days prior to the event, 50% of the event invoice balance is due unless this has been satisfied by the monthly payments. The final payment is due 30 days before the event. Monthly payments are required.

The final guest count and additional charges are due fifteen days before the scheduled event.

We suggest you reserve for a lower guest count then add as your event date nears.

We will add to your invoice 7.25% sales tax.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and personal check and money orders.
