The Ceremony Includes

  • Wedding Coordinator & Hostess to attend to all your needs • Bridal Suites and Groom’s Cottage for the wedding party’s dressing
  • Vintage Chapel or Garden Gazebo for your wedding ceremony • Gazebo Ceremony Site if chosen, set-up and break down of white wedding chairs
  • Bride and Groom’s names on the door of our “Vintage” chapel or on the front door of the Manor for your gazebo ceremony
  • Our in-house sound system with microphones and sound engineer
  • Our staff will bring your ceremony floral decor to the reception for you
  • 45 minute Ceremony Rehearsal facilitated by our Wedding Coordinator the week of
  • Access to the venue all day for pre-ceremony decorating, dressing and pre-ceremony photos
  • We want you, your wedding party, family & friends to relax & enjoy your wedding day!

The Reception Includes

  • Our beautiful five thousand square foot Carriage House with crystal chandeliers, stone columns, gorgeous stone fireplace
  • Fourteen-foot stone and granite bar
  • Reception Coordinator and experienced uniformed wait staff to serve you and your guests
  • Round tables with dark wooden chiavari chairs with -floor length linens in your choice of white, ivory, black or brown
  • You may choose from our selections of centerpieces for your guest tables
  • Disk Jockey
  • Bride’s Cake to be designed by the bride and displayed on a cake riser
  • Professional Cake Servers to cut and serve your wedding cakes to your guests
  • Customizable up lighting for your reception
  • Set up and clean-up of reception area
  • Security Officer on-site to assist in your guest in parking and will be here throughout the ceremony & reception

You may provide iced down keg beer and wines of your choice (no hard liquor). Ashelynn will provide the TABC certified bartender, cups, ice & napkins as well as we will add an additional officer for an additional fee.
